Immersive Online Assessment - mix of mathematical questions given some data and situational questions (how I would act given a certain situation in the company) Job Simulation - mix of written, ranking, and video questions Asked about how I would prioritize my tasks if I have additional missions given to me, how I would act in delicate teamwork situations all in the same fictional context of having to advise a client about a potential acquisition
Included analytical skills where we received case studies of portfolio and how to minimise risks/maximise returns. Interview asks about specific related to firm’s values and initiatives like in ESG for example

How can you maximise on the opportunity for this internship?
Applied online and had to complete a job simulation test. They sent me micro exercises I needed to complete before the Superday, and the Superday consisted of 4 interviews (two behavioral and two technical)
I was in a group interview with less than 5 students. The departments heads have talked to each student individually, and it was not that hard. However, students are pretty competitive.
