General questions about experience and background. Some time describing the role and what will be expected of you. Time for questions from the interviewee. Had two people present for the interview that were senior account managers and are familiar with what they are looking for in an employee.

Name a time in a previous role where you went above and beyond what was asked for. Name a time in a previous role where you excelled at team work. Name two of your strengths and two points you are currently developing
Submit online application and passed online simulation, similar to what role would entail. Had a telephone interview, then in person interview at the building. Interview was okay but started late and felt rushed. Completed online based interview. Lengthy process for minimum salary, and long hours. Took 14 days to hear back. Not worth the hassle
I was invited to do an online assessment that was about answering a fake call from a customer and helping them through a banking problem they were having, then a screening call, finally an in-person interview
Easy enough , staff nice , star questions , be confident , make eye contact , be enthusiastic show skills , enjoy it , try hard . Ask questions like a typical day
