Did not exist, offered after first year internship. Other interns had assessment centres, telephone interviews, and some online tests. Relaxed assessment centre, everyone hired if all good so less competitive.
1st round: self intro with HR .
2nd round : some basic understanding of department campaign and some about the cv ( not very hard and takes about 30 min)

3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
