I interviewed at HSBC (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
online assessment with personality test and some numeric. Follows by a video interview after. The video interview is time limited so need a lot prepare. There is also some rating task in second round. But I guess the answer is more open.
The interview process was a hirevue. Basic competency questions, nothing technical. I presume they use an AI to go through the answers. Did not manage to progress past the second round.
Online assessment followed by job stimulation and then invited to Virtual Experience Day, quite hard, should know the industry very well. There is no group exercise, only 3 interviews with the assessor, each with micro-exercises.
