I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at HUB International (Houston, TX) in Aug 2012
Interview
Simple, easy, onboarding process. I met one on one with the regional manager and then had a second interview with the regional president shortly thereafter. There are plenty of staff in human resources to help you navigate the system. You will select your insurance, 401K stock options via an electronic system.
Interviewed with managers from corporate as well as managers from the local office. The interview process was informed and professional. I highly recommend applying and interviewing for a position at HUB international
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
Interview process was exceptionally smooth and communicative from start to finish. The process began with an initial phone interview with the recruiter, followed by two interviews with members of the team. Each step was clearly explained, communication was timely, and there were no long lag times waiting for updates or next steps.
Overall, the experience felt very organized, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Compared to others in the industry, the process was absolutely a cut above and reflected a strong respect for candidates’ time and experience.
