Interview
The interview started about 10mins after the original time that they gave me. The managers made me feel comfortable and the questions asked were very easy. The interview took about 20 minutes.

Interview
The interview process was great, I felt it was challenging and rewarding. It gave me a good introduction into the world of HUB and allowed me to meet some great people before I had even started.

Have you ever had to deescalate a situation in regards to a customer service problem? How did you respond?

Interview
I had 2 interviews the first one was over the phone it lasted about an hour. It included questions about my experience dealing with a customer that was angry what I would do and how I would respond to situation's. My experience with customer service . Jobs I had held and what responsibility's I had. Second interview was on Zoom and she went over job responsibilities, benefits, what the hub was about and the team I would work with

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at HUB International (Winnipeg, MB) in Sept 2023
Interview
I was interviewed by 2 people, in a smaller boardroom. They were very personable and made me feel calm and relaxed. One of the interviewers took notes on her laptop while the other, asked the interview questions. I found that this was helpful as the person asking questions could remain focused.
