Interview
It was great. My interview was with HR for another position closer to my home. That position did not have the compensation I was looking for. The HR contact saw my wealth of knowledge in the industry and said I have the perfect job opening for you it is within your compensation but it is in another state about 3 1/2 hours away. I know we can make it work. Let me talk to the hiring manager and see if we can't make this work. Two days later I interviewed via phone conference with the hiring manager for an hour. Three days later we scheduled a second interview and hired! It took the process of only 2 weeks!

The managers were incredibly professional and did a great job of making me feel comfortable throughout the interview process. They also clearly explained the next steps after the interview so I could properly prepare. The entire team at HUB has been wonderful to interact with.
