I applied online. I interviewed at HUB International in Jan 2024
Interview
Pretty standard progression as far as a remote interview with HR that leads up to an in person interview with the team and potential future manager. I just felt good about all the people I met and the conversations I had. It fit what I was looking for in general but I appreciated how all the interviews and people I talked to were just very engaging and I felt like I got a really good sense of how things would be if I joined. And otherwise, everything moved very efficiently from one step to the next and everything was communicated very clearly and professionally.

Background, what you're looking for, those kinds of things. Hit the main bases, but also was very conversational for most of it, as opposed to just a list of questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Melville, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was pretty seamless and straightforward. The initial interview was virtual and was very much me providing my background and information on my experience. Next up was an in-person interview at the office where I learned more about the roles available. Informal in terms of structured questions and was more of a conversation than a formal interview. Following this, I had a secondary virtual interview with another team member who had an open role available as well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at HUB International (North Bergen, NJ) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was entirely virtual and very organized. It started with an initial phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background and the role. Next, I had a video interview with the hiring manager, which focused on my experience, client relationship skills, and knowledge of the insurance industry. The final step was a panel interview via video with a few team members, where they asked situational and behavioral questions to understand how I handle challenges and collaborate with others. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and the process felt professional and personable.
