I was called to ask if I was interested, then was brought in to the office overall 2 times for in person interviews. After such I was given reading materials so I could get ahead of the game before our course for the exam started.

It was a very easy process, I was made to feel comfortable and not nervous , as I was asked about my customer service skills, and work ethics, and if this was something that I would enjoy.
