Started with a 15-30 minute phone screening, which consists of an introduction to HUB and what the interview process will look like. I met with my future manager and we had a very engaging conversation that lasted nearly an hour. I had much more of the pleasure of learning about HUB and sharing who I am than running through my resume and sharing experiences. I sincerely appreciated this because it feels like an authentic hiring process that takes my character and finds a fit.
