I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS (Melbourne) in Aug 2018
Interview
Relaxed but competitive. I had a digital interview online then a week later was invited to participate in a group interview at the head office for the sales advisor position, the staff and interviewers we're very lovely and genuine, most of the other candidates we're lovely too, some weren't there to make friends just to get the job which the interviewers could see that. Most activities we're teamwork focused and requred you to present as a group in front of the other candidates. There was also a small one on one interview towards the end which was very relaxed and nice.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS (Wallisellen) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was overall very pleasant and well organized. After submitting my application online, I was quickly invited to a personal interview. The conversation was friendly and professional, with questions about my motivation, previous experience, and typical sales situations. The atmosphere was open and respectful, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, it was a transparent and fair experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at HUGO BOSS (Melbourne) in Jan 2026
Interview
I was sent an email with an invite for a one sided video interview. It asked a few questions about past experiences in retail and customer facing roles. I was led to believe that Hugo Boss was prompt with their interview process but I only received a response (rejection) almost three months after the interview which I found to be very unprofessional. Makes me feel like I dodged a bullet.
