The explanation was unnecessarily lengthy and drawn out, lacking a clear timeline or structured decision-making process, and overall the panelist appeared disengaged, which made the outcome feel unclear and unorganized.

My experience was very positive overall. The team was very friendly and welcoming, which helped me feel comfortable throughout the interview. At the beginning, they gave me a detailed introduction to the team and explained their role within the company, including the kinds of projects and responsibilities they handle. I found this especially helpful because it gave me a clearer understanding of how the team contributes to the organization. The interview itself lasted for more than 30 minutes and felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal Q&A session. The interviewers were approachable and interested in learning about my background, experiences, and motivations. They also gave me enough time to explain my answers in detail and ask questions about the role and team culture. Overall, it was a very positive and engaging experience.
