While the final interview was overall a valuable experience, there was some confusion around the number of interviewers. I was initially informed via email that there would be three interviewers, but when the interview took place, there were actually four additional people involved. It would have been helpful to receive clearer communication about the structure and who would be participating in the interview.
That said, the interview itself was thorough, and I appreciated the opportunity to meet with different team members. This allowed me to get a broader understanding of the role and the company’s culture. A bit more clarity on the logistics would have improved the experience, but I still found it to be a worthwhile part of the process.
