Very efficient – 30 minutes phone chat, then a few days later a 2-hour face-to-face interview with two developers where we discussed my background, did a simple coding task and a simple architecture question. I was surprised by lack of non-technical questions. After the interview I was informed they were looking for someone who can do frontend too, which was quite surprising as well, considering there were no tasks on this. I was assured the job spec and process would be changed to reflect the actual expectations of the team.
