The whole recruitment journey was smooth and friendly. The interview experience was very interesting and positive.
It consisted of an initial call with the head of training development to discuss HTB in general followed up by giving the assignment to test the hands-on skills of the candidate. This assignment would help them assess a candidate's knowledge across various of the requirements of the role. After the assignment, there was a short assignment debrief call to discuss the thought process and the assignment's solution.
The final interview was with the Talent Acquisition Specialist which consisted of a combination of background and soft skill questions to judge the candidate's personality & thinking process.
Everyone that I talked with was very friendly and kind, making you feel comfortable from the first minute. Each interview left a very good impression while the communication with the interviewers was very quick and responsive. Very happy with the process!
