I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hahn Automotive (Dayton, OH)

told me he wouldn't pay me much, filled out paperwork and started to work.It was casual and in a dingy backroom of the warehouse.He offered me a position on the spot and told me i could begin work the next day.

Interview

Very straight forward, the manager is a good person and knows what he's talking about. The manager was very personable and likes to talk. The interview did take a little bit longer than usual but it's good because the manager showed me the whole store also.
