Interview
1st interview: Sat down with a shift manager to have a quick conversation about my background, experience, and desire to apply to HaiDiLao. Warm and easy to talk to.
2nd Interview: Phone call with Operations manager to talk about the role, requirements, and scheduling. Was asked some more role specific questions.
Unfortunately scheduling didn't seem to align with my availabilities and was not invited to move forward with training .
