Half and Half Tea Express interview questions

Submitted app through email, got called in. Felt like it was a quick glance at what I looked like more (taller and heavyset) compared to being qualified and having a full open schedule.

Called in to the store and participated in an one day training and went through the process of a day of work. Hands-on interview, was tasked with doing different things in the kitchen to demonstrate capability of doing tasks, like following tea instructions.
