Easy, fast, straightforward, clear and respectful. The interviewer ask personal and technical questions. They ask about how I handle with stressful situations, and how to implement a work around. After that they asked if I have another question about the company and that's all.

Interview
First, you will be given a planning case, and do a test. The test is about how you use planning regulations and by-laws effectively to provide your opinions on the final permit decision. And if you finished the test and the results is good, they will invite you to do an interview. The interview will include the three different type of questions, including behavioral competency questions, technical questions, and scenario-based questions. Refer to employee competency dictionary (you can google it) for answering the behavioral questions.

Interview
I received a call from HR to arrange an interview date, followed by a detailed email outlining the job description, competency expectations, and preparation guidelines. This email also included a technical assignment, which was provided five days before the interview.
During the interview session, I presented for 20 minutes on the assignment, covering the tools and methodologies I utilized. Afterward, the interview panel provided written interview questions, giving me a brief time to review and refine my responses. The panel evaluated and scored my answers. Everything was clear as mentioned.
Two weeks later, I received an email for a reference check, and a week after, a verbal offer.
The entire process spanned just over a month.
