It was a rigorous recruitment process but i was committed to myself that I will get it. It was a compliance role and need me to provide answers to questions using the STAR approach. One of the things that worked in my advantage was that I had the stories ready and they are my very own experiences. So, it was like reliving those experiences in a structured (STAR) manner.
