Pretty casual interview with the director and COO. However, my second interview was a little chaotic because the director forgot to include my email address in the meeting invite so I had no idea I had an interview. Oddly enough I just so happened to follow up 30 minutes before the interview time. He quickly added me and I prepared best I could in those 30 minutes. Not exactly ideal, and then I was ghosted with what their final decision was.
Compensation was way below market standards.
