Pretty easy, I did my interview with one other person but I know that it's common for the group interviews to have three or four people at once. Questions were pretty standard I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes. Only one round of interviews.

They asked about previous customer service experience and for an example of a time when we've had to deal with a customer or guest being upset, causing a scene, etc and how we diffused that situation.
