Without a doubt - the most toxic interviewing experience of my career. There was an interim CMO who was nothing short of unhinged. During the interview, he asked if there was a bed in the background and I said yes I work from my spare room - and he laughed that I was working from a bedroom?! I was asked with 1 days notice to present a 100 day plan of action with strategy review, and also write a gushing email to the CEO saying that I found him inspiring and I was in awe of him.
I'm really sorry to hear that you had this experience interviewing with us, its not acceptable and it doesn't reflect the experience we would like to give potential employees. We found out about these interviews after the fact and the interim CMO left the organisation not long after this time. We have made sure that interviews are held internally moving forward and are in line with our culture and values.

Very relaxed, felt at ease from start point to end. Information given on job role was clear and easy to understand. Expectations explained and easily understood. Environment was an excellent choice for making candidate feel included in the working environment adding an air of calm to the process.
