I applied online. They reached out fir a date and time to do an initial interview with someone from HR. Then we tentatively scheduled another interview but it was up in the air because I was over their salary range. But I was told if yes, expect a calendar invite with a Teams link. I got the link the day of, 5 minutes into the interview time. (Initial interview was 5 days before, there was time to get that taken care of)
