Interview
The process was seamless and efficient. The team was very responsive and moved quickly. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I had during my job search.

Interview
The interview process was quick, I had decisions on next steps within a couple of days at each step. Sometimes I even had an answer the same day! I met with several people on the team as well as a co-founder. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. Process: initial hiring manager screen, take home assignment and a final onsite, then it went to offer.

Question 1
I was asked about my experience as an RC, as well as about a time when I pushed back.
Was invited to a phone call via email, after the initial call was sent a take home task. The phone call went smoothly, although the recruiter sounded like they had a long day and was pretty dull/lacking in enthusiasm. After submitting my take home task, they decided to not move forward. I tried asking for feedback but they couldn’t give any

Interview
After applying, I had a phone screen that week. The phone call went okay, it did feel a bit unorganized and lacking any enthusiasm. When I asked to hear a bit more about the team they could not give much information which gave me a bit of a red flag. I had an assessment and a few days later I was rejected. I asked for feedback but did not receive any. Which is funny considering two things on the assessment were about feedback.
