I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Handshake
Interview
I had 8 interviews total over 2-3 weeks. Each interview seemingly went incredibly well. I even got very positive feedback from the hiring manager during our 3 total conversations together. And after all that, I got a generic rejection letter signed by "Handshake," not even a person. And I didn't hear back after I politely asked for feedback. This seems to be a common experience after reading other reviews on Glassdoor about the interview process.

Interview
Ghosted. I had a first screening call with the recruiter who let me know that I would be moving forward in the process and they went dark after that. Overall, a very disjointed process
