Online application then Individual interview with questions on your past work experiences. The whole process was relaxing and comfortable. It costs around 30mins. There was no group interview for mine.

the interview process is ery simple which lasted around 15mins for some simple questions and the atmosphere is relaxing and the interviewer is nice. there is only one interviwer. the interview contains both chinese and eng questions

self introduction in eng, what diffculties have you been encountered (in chinese)
The interview process took around an hour. Be prepared to answer questions like why the banking industry and walk through your CV. The interviewer was also very helpful. Also be prepared to describe in details about the specific experiences on the CV.
