I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hanover (London, England)
Interview
The interview run way over time (originally scheduled for 30 mins, ended up speaking for more than 1 hr). Most of the questions were related to my current company and processes (i.e. timelines, fees etc), which seemed more like a research call rather than an introductory call/interview. It felt a bit unprofessional as some information I couldn't/didn't want to disclose, plus it wasn't a dialog - rather me talking. Left the meeting feeling hiring manager wasn't inclined to share much about Hanover & their processes, and was less interested in my experience. Overall negative experience, questions were inappropriate. Advice to HM: respect candidate's time, ask questions related to experience & skills rather than transactional and operational things. If you're running over time, suggest rescheduling.
