The process was fairly easy. I had a phone interview at first, and from there i was able to get a second interview. Finally the last interview was in person, and that was an extensive interview. I would recommend carving out about 3 hours for that last interview. There is also a half day shadow, this is where they show you what the work environment is kinda like.

It was a phone interview with the recruiter followed by an in person meeting with a higher up. Really basic questions. They were oriented more towards recruitment versus interviewing.
