Feedback on the interview was very vague and not helpful. Response not given position was reposted before I received feedback which I found rather insensitive to the candidates that had interviewed

At first i got an inviet for an face to face interview, afterwards there were two iq tests (behaviour and knowledge), invited for round two. But never happened because they hired internal

First step consisted of two team leads asking about my past experiences, followed by some technical questions. Also, team informations has been shared with the interviewer. I haven't chosen for the next step. I have been notified about it right after the interview date.

Actually, I've only had a part-time job (better than no job) for years because companies like this have always told me that I'm "overqualified" (real German....) and now they're telling me that I'm too old to be mentally capable, even though I'm studying again besides. Maybe they should check out their CEO, cause by his age he is not mantally capable anymore?
