Happy Finish interview questions

The interview process involved an insightful and interactive discussion with both the manager and the country head. During the session, I presented my professional portfolio, detailing key projects and achievements that align with the role. I elaborated on my skills and experiences, explaining their relevance to the organization's goals. The conversation also allowed me to demonstrate my problem-solving abilities and my approach to challenges. By describing my portfolio and sharing examples of past successes, I aimed to highlight my potential contributions to the team. The overall atmosphere was professional yet conversational, making it a productive and rewarding experience.

Firstly I was invited to have a telephone interview with the the HR manager who was extremly lovely and bubbly and made me instantly feel at ease. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes where she got to know me and asked me some questions about why I would like to work for Happy Finish and the job role. I was then invited by email and phone to a face to face interview with the Hr officer and Production manager. This stated with a 20minute test with consisted of analysing a brief and checking for missing information we would need from a client to complete the job. After the test I had about a hour interview with the senior producer and HR manager this was a extremely friendly and relaxed interview and i felt happy and comfortable questions and conversation revolved around myself, experience, the role, company and what i was looking as my future goals. After the interview I was updated by phone and then asked to complete a final email test on another day which I had 15 minutes to reply to the email. This interview process was thorough and ever step of it I was made to feel extremely comfortable and everything was clearly explained to me.
