It depends on the position if it’s for line staff or management within the building the executive Director will receive your application and interview you your second interview will go through the regional person for that department in which you are applying . The regional will give the recommendation back to the executive Director and the decision will rest with the executive Director. If an application is submitted for the executive Director, position or higher, it first goes to the talent manager, and depending on how he’s feeling, your application may be acknowledged, or simply looked over.
