The interview was a 30 minutes interview in person with the Store Manager following by a quick Assistant Manager interview on my background and motivations to join the company, my availabilities.

I had 2 interviews, one with the store manager, and one with the department manager. Process was very easy. Looking more for character. Focused heavily on customer service, availability, and situational problem-solving.
There was a in person interview. It took 20 min. Very general interview questions. Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for us? It was a very straightforward interview.
