Interview process was a joke. The recruiter was nice but the guy who did the follow up interview spent more time trying to get into his car than asking me any questions. He seemed disinterested from the get go and when we met in person him and the other "interviewers" spent more time talking about their personal life and cursing than asking any real questions. Seriously, who curses in an interview? I have more experience than them combined yet I felt they had no serious interest in knowing my qualifications and made up some ridiculous reason not to move me forward to the next step. It's a frat boy environment and if you're not part of the "club" you won't get in. What's worse is I read their CEO Mohamed Alkady has lots of complaints from previous partners that he screwed over along the way. He has a pattern of churning and burning a company in 3 years and moving on to the next thing. Google it you will see what I'm talking about. BEWARE of this company! It may seem like sugar and gold but something is way off here!

Recruiter call, technical call, coding challenge, three separate onsite interviews. Altogether took over a month. Seemed like a nice company to work for, but I question that by their hiring practices. Wasted a lot of my time by giving me mixed messages and stringing me along.
