Hartgrove Behavioral Health System interview questions

I received an email the same day that I applied requesting a phone call. I called and had a very informal phone interview and was asked to come in the following week for a meeting.

Positive Remote Informative. I was interviewed by the Director of ES. I was asked basic interview questions. These include what can you bring that is unique to the team, a time when you experienced a challenge on the job, and availability to work. Overall the interview was pretty quick. It was also remote due to COVID.
