The interview process consists of 2 interviews. The first is with the CEO and the staffing coordinator while the second includes an additional manager from the recruitment team. The first meeting was very informal and was an opportunity to learn more about the company while the second interview is where they ask standard questions. One red flag is that the company stated twice they will pay you the bare minimum to in order to 'keep you from starving.' This normally would have turned me off from the job but I tried to keep an open mind. Ultimately, I was offered a role but something about an employer using those words did not sit well with me and I did not accept the offer. The base pay is $35,000 on top of a commission structure. I would pay close attention to the contractual agreements before accepting an offer with this organization as they have employees sign a non compete agreement which lasts 2 years.
