Harvard employs a 1-on-1 only interview process. There were about 7 in total, a light coding assessment but largely a high-level process to assess knowledge and willingness to learn rather than expertise.

Office place is good....workspace also nice comparatively and they asked questions and if we doesn't know the answer they will help us to get stuff in knowledge

Interview
There were multiple interviews and each were 1-on-1. Starting with HR and then every member of the team and then some. Each interview was about 30-45mins. Some technical questions but not too much. They definitely want to make sure you are a good fit for the team.
