2 days of full time meetings non-stop. Job talk, meetings with potential colleagues, students, and lots of lunches and dinners. Test of energy and stamina. 1.5 hours of question during presentation. Useful to look up who is there before going in.

in three times ten words minimum, if i were to describe the interview process in as many words as possible, id think very hard and say that it was quick and easy
First, they asked me why Harvard? I said I had a dream to join your company because you are a prestigious college. They asked some rocket-science questions which I couldn't answer. rejected on spot.
