HashedIn came to our campus for hiring. It was a 3 step process. It was a pool campus so students from 4 different colleges were there. They began with the Pre-Placement talk. The first Step was the Pen and Paper based test of 90mins, purely based on Coding and Questions to find complexities of code. I'd say it was good enough, not very difficult but certainly not very easy as only 6 people qualified this test. (Out of more than 500) Then these six people were sent for Interview 1, which was technical. It lasted for around 45-60 mins for each candidate. The questions were pretty solid, meant to check your technical aptitude, logical, data structures and algorithms. At the end of this round, 4 people were called for next round, including me. The schedule said it would be a HR round, but it wasn't. It was a more rigorous technical round than before for all of us. At the end of this, they slipped a few routine HR questions such as strengths and weaknesses and it was done. After half an hour, they declared results, selecting 2 out of those 4. I was fortunate to be one of those 2. Overall it was a great experience and a testing moment too. My 2 cents to anyone would be to be honest and true to your work.
