Step one was the online application phase, were identity documents, CV, and academic transcripts had to be submitted. Step two, video interview powered by hirevue. Step three, cognitive ability test and personality test. Overall a fairly simple process.

Communication was very poor throughout the process. Had an interview and was told I would hear back in 2 weeks only to be ghosted and phone calls ignored. Received an email being denied a week after I called asking the outcome of the application or just a simple update.
