Awful experience:
First interview with HR, where I disclose my current salary.
Two calls with the IT manager and CTO. Great feedback received.
One last in-person interview with the Head of IT UK and call with the Head of IT EMEA. Nothing but good feedback received (and given).
Emails from HR during my annual leave requesting references and salary expectations.
References provided and expectations set at +10% my current salary.
Reply from HR stating they can't wait for me to come back from holidays and my salary expectations are not in line with the budget.
I enquire about the budget and receive no reply.
I see the job ad published again, this time stating the salary range HALF my current salary.
Why did we waste our time going through 4 interviews over more than a month?
