I went through two rounds of in person interviews. The first round was pleasant. It was with two senior people at the AL department. The Director was extremely kind, hospital and lovely. The interview felt like a conversation, she offered water and personally showed out the door. A true professional. The second round with HR and AD, not so much. It was interrogative and after the interview, they never responded nor gotten back after saying they would. After investing time to go through 2 in-person interviews at a well known, respected gallery, I expected someone to get back to me–even though it might not be news I was hoping for.
