Haven Behavioral Healthcare interview questions

The interviewer was polite but said I could expect to hear back in 24-48 hours on the position. I had to call in five days later to find out they filled the position. The position is still listed on hiring websites. The interviewer also pointed out a nurse to patient ratio of 1:13 most days.
