Easy, streamlined, phone interview with basic questions and a friendly interaction. Overview of company and position was provided. Next steps were discussed and communicated clearly. Overall quite pleasant and welcoming.
It was a nice interview and I didn’t feel too much pressure. The manager was very kind and didn’t rush my answers. The questions very thought provoking for someone without true sales experience
In person interview with store manager. She asked me questions about my previous work experiance and what made me choose to apply there. After the interview I was asked to return for a drug screen and background check before being offered the position.
