* Was sent a request to complete a test. It seemed to be a mix of an IQ test with additional Meier's Briggs style questions.

All of the super basic interview questions. Questions about your experience in the tech industry, dealing with angry customers/colleagues, process for dealing with questions you can't answer, troubleshooting process, organizational process, and lots of 'tell of a time when you...dealt with...encountered...etc'.
