I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hays Companies (Miami, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
Talk in a conference room on the first interview with the head of the office, the on the 2nd interview you meet the other co partner . The process is simple straightforward no tests or anything like that.they mostly just ask you about your experience in the industry.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hays Companies (Philadelphia, PA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Did an easy phone interview, and then felt the following in-person interview went very well--they said they'd contact me on the following Monday to set something else up. I received no contact and emailed and called them, leaving a voicemail. It is very unfortunate and rude to have someone take time off work, spend money getting to the location, and then not bother to even reject them. A lot of places fail to notify you after saying they will generally be in touch, but they specifically said they'd contact me Monday to set up a next step. I really thought I got the job and expected their call. For the benefits analyst account executive I interviewed with to not respond to my voicemails (two, plural) on her direct number she gave me, was very disappointing.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was your prior experience as a benefits analyst? How willing are you to learn on the job?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hays Companies (Boston, MA) in Jan 2019
Interview
I was poached off LinkedIn. Hays made me go into Boston office 5 times. Once in a snowstorm where interviewer did not reschedule and did not show. No offer or follow up after going to office 5 times. Bad interview experience.
