Hazel Health Implementation Manager interview questions

Two interviews after a screening call, then a case study. Dragged out for a quite a long time. Took two weeks after I'd gotten the final round case study instructions (which they'd sent twice, forgetting that it had been sent to me already several days before?) to get it scheduled. Put a ton of thought and time into the case study. Felt like it went really well. Got good feedback in the meeting itself. Then...no offer. And no reason why. I emailed to get more context AND left a voicemail, but never heard from them. Really, really disappointed in the lack of courtesy and appreciation for the effort that goes into a case study/final interview project. If someone gets that far, they deserve a reason.
