They ask you various questions on your skill set and also personality questions to see if you will fit in with the team

The interview process would usually be a three rounds process, it consists of line manager, team members and also head of department. As the HR or agent would normally screen through the candidates, managers would normally ask about experience and how you handle questions in different scenarios.
