Very descriptive atmosphere but happening though. They judge you on all the aspects and then compare the suitability of your candidature for the position. qustions are generally from Basic introduction, hobbie, past experience, banking knowledge and etcc.

The interview process is smooth. I had 3 round of interview. 1st was with the hiring manager where resume based questions were asked along with some technicals. 2nd round was with business head where personality based questions were asked. Final round was with the HR head for fitment and further negotiations before the final offer was given.

The interview went well as the panel was welcoming and friendly. Questions were technical as well as based on the experiences and information from resume. They also asked about current affairs and various scams that happened in the past.

Face to face interview took 1 hour, I was asked to arrive 30 minutes prior. HR was kind they gave me snacks. Later interview panel arrived and seated in a conference room. I was also allowed inside before 5 minutes.
