Overall, very thorough process. I applied via their website, and about a month later I got an email from the recruiter/talent advisor to request a phone interview. The interview was just to gauge interest and give a bit of detail about the job overall. A couple of days later, I met with a director for a pretty casual interview. Two weeks following, I met with 4 designers on the team. After all of the interviews, the recruiter/talent advisor kept in touch with me and updated me on the process. I then received a verbal offer over the phone, and then a written offer via email (which outlined salary and benefits package).
